If you are looking for a particular item and it is not featured on our website, please contact us and allow us to find the product for you at the best price.

 

Are prices negotiable?

We strive to provide the best possible pricing. If you see a product on the website and wish to inquire about pricing or establish contract pricing, please contact your sales representative or contact Customer Service.

 

What types of payments to you accept?

Who does POSS sell to?

POSS will not sell to the general public for individual use. We only sell to licensed businesses.

 

Where does POSS ship to?

POSS ships only to the continental U.S. states.

 

Shipping Policy

Shipping/freight is determined on the amount of the orders.  Please see our Sales Terms and Conditions for all shipping information and terms. You may contact us for a freight quote or we will contact you regarding freight charges prior to processing your order.

 

What are your hours of operation and how can I contact you?

POSS is open Monday-Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM with the exception of State Holidays.

How do I return or exchange my supplies?

How do I check the status of my medical supplies?

While we strive to always have the items you order ready and available for immediate shipment, there are times when an item(s) may be temporarily out of stock. POSS Medical customer service will notify you by e-mail within one business day from the time your order is received in the event we are not able to ship your order as complete. Your order will not be held if it is made up of 80% or more stocked items. Backorders will ship as they become available unless requested differently. Please do not hesitate to let us know when you need items urgently and we will do our best to ship partial orders and expedite delivery.

 

What happens when a manufacturer changes a product?

POSS makes every effort to keep our website updated with accurate pictures and descriptions; however, there are times we are not notified when manufacturers change the materials used to make a product. Please view our Website Terms and Conditions for more information.
