At POSS, innovation was born out of necessity. Over 20 years ago, a longtime customer came to us with a challenge: they couldn’t find a surgical gown that met the real-world needs of their facility. Instead of settling for less, we saw an opportunity to fill that gap in the market with something better. That conversation marked the beginning of POSS Manufacturing.
What started as a single custom gown request grew into a full-scale manufacturing operation. After a year of rigorous R&D, material testing, design adjustments, and clinical evaluations, we launched our own line of POSS Surgical Gowns and Drapes. These products remain a cornerstone of our business and continue to set us apart from national competitors by combining quality, customization, and service at scale.
